FRIENDS of the Pine Plains Free Library are pleased to present a reading of new, original work by the Pine Plains Writers’ Group on Wednesday evening, November 14, 2018,

7 – 8:30 pm. The event will take place in the Community Room at 7775 South Main Street in Pine Plains, with playwright, teacher and Pine Plains town supervisor Darrah Cloud making the introductions. Light refreshment will be served. The event is free.

Seymour Smith third-graders add to what they learn about the water cycle in school by visiting the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies each spring. The experience for these young scientists is sponsored by the Friends of the Pine Plains Free Library.
